Davey started to play the guitar at the age of thirteen. After blood, sweat, tears and painful fingers, he became possessed by the blues virus. The guitar had become part of his body and mind. Davey learned the tricks by listening to and looking at colleague players.He learned playing the guitar through performances of bands and jam sessions, by which his passion for music and the love for his guitar grew. His three beloved guitars are the Gibson SG S200, Gibson Es 325 and Fender The Twin creating the howling blues notes.At this moment Davey is also a member of the blues band Sixl Six.
